No New Posts Lambert coed School

An independant, coed school school for students from kindergarten to year 10. The educational aim is to provide an education of exceptional quality in a nonsectarian setting for both Human and paranormal children and teens. The curriculum is broad and challenging, particularly considering the small size of the school. The environment is homely, congenial, and mutually supporting. Resources are allocated to ensure that programs are well staffed and equipped to cater for a range of abilities and interests. There is no uniform, however, the school is orderly, has a set timetable of classes, has a sense of purpose and provides a stimulating learning environment.

No New Posts The Park

There is a park downtown where people go to feed the ducks and fly their kites. Generally it is a good place to hang out, but there are some trails and pockets in the park that are notoriously dark and dangerous, especially at night.

No New Posts The Apartment Disctrict

These derelict buildings house thousands of poor humans of the lower class, and the racially unequal 'gifted' and 'aliens'. These apartments, though grungy, work well for those trying to evade the government or who would like to run shady or not so shady, but still illegal, operations. The landlords and ladies work on a don't ask don't tell policy, as long as your rent is on time.

No New Posts East Coast Beach

With long white beaches away from the crowds and seas of intense aqua, Tasmania's east coast offers a completely different Australian beach experience.
Our mild climate and pristine secluded beaches means our coastline is perfect for walking, kayaking, diving, sea cruises and relaxing.

No New Posts Medical Facilities

Scatter along the city, mostly on the border between Downtown and Suburbia, are the hospitals and doctors offices. These are top notch doctors, who will help almost anyone. Some doctors refuse to help the preternaturals, while others will gladly do so under their private practices.

No New Posts The Neighborhoods

These newly developed neighborhoods all look pretty much the same. If it weren't for the street names you couldn't tell one from the other. The houses become more expensive and extravagent the farther away from the highway and/or closer to the water you get. The cheapest ones are two stories with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. All of these houses have the cutting edge of technology in them and a fenced backyard for fido.

No New Posts Battery Point

One of Hobart’s oldest and most historic areas, Battery Point stands as one of the most authentic ways to step back in time. Buildings made of sandstone have stood since very near the community’s founding. It is famed as one of the more exclusive areas and has a number of large, well built homes, apartments, and even historical cottages

These are standard children's parks with slides, swings, tires and jungle gyms! They are fun for children, and for those of us who have yet to become adults. Just try not to get stuck.

No New Posts Mt Wellington

Typically snow covered, and surrounded by forest, Mount Wellington stands on the foothills of Hobart. It rises to 4,170 ft over the city. There is also a sealed but narrow road to the summit, about 14 miles travel from the city, with an enclosed lookout near the summit which provides spectacular views of the city below.

No New Posts Port Arthur

Port Arthur is a small town and former convict settlement, roughly 60 km south east of Hobart. It is one of Australia's most significant heritage areas and the open air museum is officially Tasmania's top tourist attraction. In 1996 it was the scene of the worst mass murder event in post-colonial Australian history, so naturally, in thanks to it's gory history, you shouldn't be too surprised if you heard whispers about a compound situated deep under the Island, connected to tunnels underwater. Unbeknownst to the public, this facility has enough space to hold hundreds of patients and even more staff. It is a cold, sterile environment where medical tests are carried out almost like torture. This place is also known as hell, to those who survived it.

No New Posts Farmlands

There is, of course, some rich farmland roughly a little over an hour out of the city, where all the necessities of life can be scrambled over by the poorer folk. The myth says that gypsy magic is what makes the plants grow.

No New Posts Testing Facility

Outside of the city there is a huge compound, about two hours away from the alien spacecraft crash landing site. This spacecraft turned out to be an interstellar slave vessel and had crashed into Earth for reasons still unknown to the 'passengers', crew or human scientists. What they had found were life forms from habitats and worlds they never knew existed, and technology they still are working with to model their own spacecraft. This facility has enough space to hold thousands of patients and even more staff. It is a cold, sterile environment where medical tests are carried out almost like torture. Outside the facility is a massive graveyard, filled with bodies of the unknown who had 'perished in the name of scientific progress'. This place is also known as hell, to those who survived it.

No New Posts The Graveyard

A large field with tall, swaying, green grass that seems to outlast time. This place is still as always, and gravestones from years past litter the ground. It serves its purpose well; providing grievers with a private place to sit with their loves ones, but of course other people have different uses for it as well.
